Contact Isnet
How to reach us, send a correction, or ask about a partnership.
The fastest way to reach Isnet is email: hello@isnet.is. One person reads that inbox, so a specific subject line gets a faster answer than a general one.
Corrections and factual errors
These get priority. Send the URL and the specific claim that is wrong, ideally with a source. Prices and opening details go stale faster than anything else on a travel site, and a reader who has just been somewhere knows more than we do about what changed.
Partnerships and affiliate enquiries
We work with a small number of travel affiliate programmes and are open to more, but not to paid placements, sponsored posts, link insertions, or guest posts. Those requests are declined without reply, so please save yourself the follow-up.
Press and permissions
Quoting a page is fine with a link. Our own text is not licensed for republication in bulk. Photographs on the site are used under their individual Creative Commons licences and are not ours to relicense: the credit on each image names its author and licence, which is where permission has to come from.
